It's the end of the year. I know for me personally the end of the year can be the most stressful time possible. We are constantly thinking about all the things we could have achieved. It's also a time where you're concentrating on everything you want to accomplish in the year to come. My advice for all of us is to just take a deep breath. With everything you didn't accomplish focus on everything you did accomplish. Things you didn't yet achieve you still have time to. Enjoy your holidays! Relax. Rest. Recharge. Steady yourself and end the year being your own biggest fan.
